PASHA Holding increases shares in Kapital Bank

PASHA Holding LLC increased its shares in Kapital Bank OSJC from 79.55% to 81.08% after the authorized capital of the bank was increased by 20 million manats or 8.1% from 245.85 million manats to 265.85 million, Qazet.az reports.

Thus, the Holding bought 1,612,129 of the 1,614,205 shares issued by the bank with a face value of 12.39 manat ($7.29). Thus, the number of Holding's securities in the bank rose from 15,785,289 to 17,397,418.
