Pashinyan: "Karabakh is no longer under the control of Armenia, we are implementing the decisions made elsewhere"

"The old world order is collapsing and it is important not to be buried under its ruins."

Qazet.az report  with reference to "Sputnik-Armenia" that the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said this at the 6th congress of the "Citizen Contract" party.

According to him, after coming to power, he tried to restore the foundations of statehood: "However, I gradually realized that during 30 years, the previous government destroyed these pillars and separated them from the provisions mentioned in the declaration of independence."

N. Pashinyan said that the 44-day war and its consequences have become the main and most global problem for him: "It was important for us to involve Karabakh as a negotiator in the negotiation process. But it turned out that this is no longer under the control of Armenia, because we are quietly implementing the decisions made elsewhere."

The Prime Minister of Armenia called on his comrades-in-arms to be brave and admitted that Armenia needs a new strategy and a new vision to protect the state and statehood in the conditions of the collapsing world order.
