On September 27, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited the Yukhari Govhar Agha Mosque in Shusha and viewed reconstruction and restoration works carried out there, Qazet.az reports citing the Press Service of the President.
