On November 28, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Philip Ricker, the chief advisor of the US State Department on Caucasus negotiations.

Qazet.az reports that Philip Ricker conveyed the greetings of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to President Ilham Aliyev.

The head of state expressed his gratitude for the greetings and asked to convey his greetings to Antony Blinken.
