Qazet.az report  that President Ilham Aliyev expressed this opinion in his speech at the plenary meeting held on December 17 in Bucharest in connection with the signing ceremony of the "Agreement on strategic partnership in the field of development and transmission of green energy between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary".

"Azerbaijan, Georgia, Hungary, Romania should work as a team in close cooperation and coordination with the European Union," the head of state said.
