Qazet.az reports that this was included in the congratulatory letter of the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

"The successful chairmanship of the Non-Aligned Movement, in which Belarus is also a participant, has brought international prestige and rightful respect to Baku. I always remember our meetings with pleasure. I appreciate the personal relations based on friendship and trust, constructive communication, and the fact that both of us aim for close mutually beneficial cooperation," the letter stated.
