President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is on a visit to Kherson.
Referring to the Ukrainian media, Qazet.az reports that the head of state will address the fighters.
It should be recalled that the Ukrainian army liberated Kherson from occupation on November 11. This is Zelensky's first visit to that area after the occupation.
