President: Regular meetings of Azerbaijani and Russian heads of states pave the way for maintenance of dynamism

"I am certain that your visit will be very beneficial and nice. I remind our previous meeting. Time passes quickly. Four years have passed since your visit to Azerbaijan," said President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev as he received a delegation led by Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin,Qazet.az reports

"However, during the period, interparliamentary relations have developed rapidly. We have always been in contact with both the State Duma and Federation Council at the level of both leadership and MPs. It is a very important factor in interstate relations between our countries and these relations have very positive dynamics. Certainly, regular meetings at the level of heads of states also pave the way for maintenance of the dynamism," President Ilham Aliyev stressed
