Qazet.az reports that the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said this at the opening ceremony of the Azerbaijan National Urban Planning Forum in Aghdam on the theme "Sustainable Development Goals" and "New Urban Agenda" - as the leading force of recovery and reconstruction in the post-conflict period.

"The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group visited the occupied territories many times, where they witnessed the brutal destruction of entire cities and villages, the illegal settlement of Armenians in our territories, but they did not condemn Armenia. During the 27 years of so-called activity, not a single word was spoken condemning Armenia. And now the OSCE- "When we see the attempts to restore the activities of the Minsk Group, of course, we cannot support it, because they have not done anything to fulfill their mandate. The only thing they have done is to legalize Armenia's aggression to a certain extent, to create a balance between the aggressor and the victim of aggression," - the head of state said.
