According to Qazet.az reports, Prime Minister Ali Asadov said this at today's session of the parliament.
"Regarding the price increase, the government is taking and will take necessary measures to reduce inflationary pressures in order to protect the real incomes and purchasing power of the population," A. Asadov added.
He said that serious work is being done to create reserves for basic food products, including strict export restrictions on basic products, and 90-day stockpiles of goods have been created: "Our main goal is to provide our population with basic food products."
