"Active investigative measures are continued regarding "Terter case"", said Head of Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General's Office Nemat Avazov, Qazet.az reports.

According to him, 296 people have been known as victims so far, 178 of them have been detected to be tortured.

N. Avazov has noted that an arrest warrant has been issued on 4 persons relevant to articles of the Criminal Code.
