Publication of a Russian-language newspaper in Lithuania has been suspended
In Lithuania, the Russian-language weekly newspaper "Litva Kuryeri" will stop publication in 2023.
Qazet.az reports that TASS published information about this.
"We thank you, our readers, for being with us during this difficult year, as well as for 27 years and 9 months since the first issue of "Lithuanian Courier" was published," says the editor's note.
It should be noted that there is no Russian-language daily newspaper in Lithuania. In addition to "Lithuanian Courier" published in weekly format since 1995, "Obzor" and "Express Week" newspapers are also published. Most of their publications are reprints of Russian newspapers.
