Real estate registration in Azerbaijan increased by 32% in August

In August of this year, 33,720 real estate property rights were registered in Azerbaijan, Qazet.az reports according to the Property Affairs State Service under the Ministry of Economy.

According to the information, this is 32.1% more than the same period last year.

Of the monthly index, 7,730 were initial postings and 25,990 were reposts.

Of the registered real estates, 5,043 are private residences and country houses, 9,285 are apartments, 18,409 are land, 304 are non-residential, 606 are non-residential lands, 64 are complexes, and 9 are multi-storey residential buildings. 27.6% of the properties fell to the city of Baku, the rest to the regions.

In accordance with the decree of the head of the country "On certain issues related to the regulation of land relations" of October 7, 2021, the certification of common lands, for which documents of ownership were not provided at the expense of state funds, made it possible. To increase the initial registration indicator. Thus, compared to the same period of the previous year, the first registration of lands increased by 2.5 times to 3,121 in August of this year.
