Qazet.az reports that Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus, said this in a meeting with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on November 26 in Baku.

T. Klaar said that the European Union intends to continue its efforts in the direction of establishing peace and stability in the region and opening communications.

The special representative drew attention to the importance of the normalization process and result-oriented negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
