Qazet.az report that this was said by MP Rufat Guliyev at the meeting of the Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee of the Milli Majlis.

"I suggest that small amounts of loans should be given with a special program. For example, loans up to 25,000 manats can be allocated within 2 weeks. "I raised this issue last week when the Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Taleh Kazimov, was here," he said.
