"Kazakhstan and Russia will sign important agreements on strategic partnership," Kazakh President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev said during his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin, Qazet.az reports.

"Indeed, during the forthcoming talks, we plan to exchange views on a number of topical issues that really address the strategic interests of Kazakhstan and both countries. Important agreements will be signed as well. In general, we are determined to achieve concrete results in our strategic interaction and alliance. I believe that here we will achieve the desired results," Tokayev said.
