Russia concerned about increased ISIS activeness in Afghanistan

Moscow called on the Afghan authorities to take additional steps to ensure the security of the Russian diplomatic mission.

Russia is concerned about the growing activiness of the ISIS terrorist organization in Afghanistan, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.

Qazet.az informs that, according to Zakharova, Moscow called on the Afghan authorities to take additional steps to ensure the security of the Russian diplomatic mission.
