Lugar Laboratory operating in Tbilisi creates a very high risk for Russia, said Head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova, Qazet.az reports.

She noted that Georgia has lost its biological independence: "First of all, that laboratory locates in our neighborhood. Second of all, I think, this happens in a country that has lost its biological and epidemiological independence. This is surely a very big threat for us".
