Qazet.az reports that this was said by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

But he did not rule out the possibility of breaking diplomatic relations: "If Washington decides that there is no need for relations with Moscow, then it can happen."

S. Ryabkov also said that the meeting of the bilateral consultation commission of Russia and the USA on START-3 will be held from November 29 to December 6 in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.

He also spoke about the relations between the parties: "There is enmity against Russia in the United States. "Washington wants to defeat Moscow strategically."
