Russia planning missile strikes from the sea - Ukraine officials

Russian troops are focusing on keeping their positions and are trying to regroup in order to enhance their offensive capabilities

Russian vessels are preparing missile strikes against Ukrainian targets, Qazet.az reports according to the Ukrainian Defence Ministry has said.

"The vessels of the Russian Federation's Black Sea fleet are carrying out tasks in designated areas of the Black and Azov sea operational zones," the ministry said.

"Some vessels have entered a closed area, probably in order to carry out missile strikes against facilities in Ukraine."
