"We have a regular and reliable political dialogue with Turkey," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in his speech at the meeting with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, Qazet.az reports.

The Russian Foreign Minister stressed that contacts between the two countries at various levels have deep symbolic significance: "I remind that today, on March 16, 1921, Soviet Union and the Turkish Grand National Assembly signed the Treaty of Friendship and Brotherhood."
