Ukraine's foreign ministry has again laid the blame on Russia

As Qazet.az reported earlier, Russia accused Ukrainian "nationalists" of breaking the ceasefire that was supposed to start in Mariupol and Volnovakha at 07:00 GMT local time.

And now Qazet.az reports that in the past hour, Ukraine's foreign ministry has again laid the blame on Russia.

It called on the international community to condemn Russia for what it described as their “gross violation of the agreements on the opening of humanitarian corridors”.
