He asked the Russian military, who controls the Zaporozhye NPP, as well as the employees of the Russian company "Rosatom" illegally stationed at this nuclear facility in Ukraine, to stop the acts of nuclear terrorism against the management and personnel of the station, to immediately release the general director, and to ensure the safe operation of the enterprise. requested to be returned.

P. Kotin said that on September 30, Igor Murashov was detained by Russian military patrols on the Energodar road: "They stopped Murashov's car, blindfolded him and took him to an unknown direction."

The Ukrainian official appealed to Rafael Grossi, the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and Tom Mitchell, the head of the World Atomic Energy Organization for NPP, to take all possible measures for the immediate release of Murashov.
