Qazet.az report  that the President of Turkmenistan, Sardar Berdimuhamedov, said this at the First Trilateral Summit of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Turkmenistan.

He said that important steps are being taken in energy and transport cooperation: "Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Turkey are taking multilateral and coordinated steps in this direction. We think that cooperation in the field of transport should be strengthened. I think it is necessary to develop inter-parliamentary relations. Relations should continue in other areas, especially at this sensitive time."

According to the president, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Turkey will continue cooperation in the future.

It should be noted that the First Trilateral Summit of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Turkmenistan is being held in the city of Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan.
