Explosions were heard early on Saturday in the cities of Nikolaev, Dnipro and Kropyvnytskyi.

Qazet.az reports according to a Telegram channel run by local authorities, Dnipro's air defence system was successfully activated.

It is not clear how many explosions struck Dnipro, but authorities added that they were waiting to officially hear back from the military.
