According to Qazet.az reports this was said by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Moscow.

"Discussions regarding the peace treaty will continue today. We were preparing for this event, but unfortunately, at the last moment, our Armenian colleagues refused to come to Moscow. It is necessary to create a basis for regular meetings, negotiations and solving all issues", - S. Lavrov said.

It should be noted that issues related to the preparation of the peace treaty to be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia were planned to be discussed at the meeting to be held in Moscow on December 23, but the official Yerevan refused the meeting.
