Serious changes are being made in Azerbaijan regarding civil service exams
According to Qazet.az reports, this was said by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center (SEC), Maleyka Abbaszade.

Stating that the strategy on the matter has been approved, the head of the Ministry of Education and Culture added that within the framework of this strategy, it is planned to move to the competency model:

"Therefore, our experts and specialists must be ready for innovations. We will introduce new regulations based on pilot projects and we will establish a dialogue with civil society while taking this step."

M. Abbaszadeh said that 58% of people work in civil service around the world: "These numbers are not accurate in our country. We think that research should be conducted in our country as well."
