Siyavush Novruzov: "Student paying for the deficit is a formalized form of bribery"

Qazet.az reports with reference to apa that Siyavush Novruzov, the chairman of the regional affairs committee of the parliament, said this at the meeting of the Milli Majlis held today.

The deputy said that the problems related to transfers were voiced here:

Siyavush Novruzov said that there is a need to restore the issue of correspondence and evening education:

Many universities have switched the fractions to paid. This is a formalized form of bribery. Previously, the teacher received money and wrote grades.
