SOCAR, Transgaz extend Memorandum of Understanding

SOCAR and Romanian Transgaz company have signed a new document 

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and Romanian Transgaz company have signed a document to extend the Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2016 for another 6 years, First Vice President, Acting President of SOCAR Rovshan Najaf posted on his Facebook account.
Qazet.az reports that “At a meeting with Minister of Energy of Romania Virgil-Daniel Popescu and Special Envoy for Strategic and International Affairs Ana Birchall in presence of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOCAR, Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, the prospects for energy cooperation were discussed” Najaf added.
