Qazet.az reports that Shafaq Huseynli, director of the Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA), said this at a press conference dedicated to the end of the year.

He said that these words do not apply to all federations: "They know who they belong to. We are in constant contact with them. Sometimes they give us recommendations. This is unacceptable. It is better that our agency is not told how to conduct tests."
