Qazet.az report  that Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region), said this at the event organized at Zangilan Airport during the visit of the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Zangilan.
