President Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on expansion of education opportunities of Azerbaijan's young people in prestigious foreign universities, Qazet.az reports.

According to the Order, the tradition of education in foreign countries, which was founded by national leader Heydar Aliyev, has successfully been continued after Azerbaijan gained independence. The strategy of transforming "black gold" into human capital has created significant opportunities for increasing coverage with education and its accessibility, in this framework supporting the involvement of young people in foreign education with different programs.
