Taleh Kazymov on the balance of payments for the next year

Compared to the same period last year, the volume of foreign trade in the balance of current operations increased by 3.1 times. We also see growth of 17% in the non-oil sector.

Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Taleh Kazimov said this at an online press conference. Qazet.az report about this.

“The International Monetary Fund predicted world energy prices at the end of this year and the beginning of next year, respectively, at $98.9 and $85.52. This allows us to say that next year the balance of payments will be in surplus,” added the chairman of the CBA.
