Qazet.az reports that Elbay Gasimzadeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan, speaking at the congress, spoke about the attention and care that President Ilham Aliyev has shown to the development of architectural art, and about the work done.

Then Farah Aliyeva, Head of the Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, read the letter of the head of state to the congress participants.

Minister of Culture Anar Karimov spoke about the effective cooperation of the Ministry with the Union of Architects for many years, and the work done jointly in the field of restoration of our historical and cultural monuments.

At the congress, a group of architects were presented with ministry awards for their services in the development of architectural art.

At the end of the congress, Elbay Gasimzade was re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan.
