The Azerbaijani national team advanced 2 places in the FIFA ranking.
According to Qazet.az reports, the team coached by Gianni De Byazi is currently ranked 121st with 1151 points.
This was caused by the team defeating Moldova 2:1 and North Macedonia 3:1 in friendly matches.
