The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has started to publish the "complaint index" on insurance

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has decided to publish a "complaint index" on complaints received in order to increase consumer awareness and fair behavior of insurers in relation to consumers in the field of compulsory auto insurance.
Qazet.az reports that CBA has released information about this.
According to information, the index is planned to be published on a monthly basis.
The complaint index will be calculated for each insurer on the basis of data obtained within the last 1 year from the date of publication, and will be updated on the basis of monthly data. The index calculation methodology and its explanation are listed in the lower part of the relevant table on the CBA website.
