The construction of the water line in Bilasuvar was halted on the day it started, leaving the residents without water
Part of Khirmandali village of Bilasuvar district is provided with drinking water, but part of it is left without water.

A group of villagers told the Mugan office of Qazet.az reports about this.

According to residents, they were informed that drinking water will be supplied to the entire village a few years ago.

But despite this, only the population living on the left bank of the Bulgar River, which divides the village into two parts, is provided with drinking water. They said that for unknown reasons, those who live on the right bank of the river are deprived of drinking water.

"Almost half of the village population settled on the right side of the river, and the other half on the left side. After our considerable dissatisfaction, they finally started burying plastic pipes on the right bank of the river last year only on A.Imanov Street. 120 springs will be installed in the area by laying 13 kilometers of pipes of different diameters. However, the works ended on May 15 of the same year with the symbolic opening of the pipeline on A.Imanov Street and only supplying water to that street."

According to the residents, at the opening, the officials of the competent state institutions promised that in June 2021, the construction of the water pipeline will be provided to all the streets of the right bank of the river: "But last summer, they stopped the work by burying plastic pipes in the streets. Currently, Sahil, J. Jabbarli , G. Asadov, S. Vurgun and the population, including the streets in the newly built neighborhoods, cannot use drinking water.

Regarding the issue, the Khirmandali village executive representative of the Bilasuvar District Executive Authority told the local bureau of "Report" that the construction of a carrier water line from the direction of the neighboring village of Beydili is being continued to supply water to the residents who are not supplied with water on the right bank of the village.
