According to Qazet.az reports, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center Maleyka Abbaszade said this.

According to him, there are decades-long legal regulations in Azerbaijan for the transparent conduct of public service recruitment: the "Competence" model is important not only for the people who are hired, but also for the people who participate in this process. Because if a person knows his skills, he is also able to evaluate himself. According to the "competence" model, selections are not made based on some legal documents or diplomas. This program determines the present potential of a person and his future potential. Competencies are defined for each position and we currently have 16 competency profiles for that."
