The decrease in the gross domestic product of the EU will be 2.5%
"According to the results of this year, the decrease in the gross domestic product (GDP) of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) will be 2-2.5%."
Qazet.az reports that this prediction was made by the Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Mikhail Myasnikovich in an interview with TASS.
"Forecasting is a risky business. We, the AIC, believe that the assumptions of a number of rating agencies and international financial organizations that the economy of the Russian Federation, Belarus and the entire Eurasian Economic Union will experience a decline of 5-7%, or even 10%, are true. "We believe that a 2%, maximum 2.5% decrease can be recorded compared to 2021," he said.
