Qazet.az reports that this was said by the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign policy and security issues, Jozep Borel, in his statement to journalists before the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.

He also said that the introduction of new sanctions against Iran due to the suppression of protests should not affect the negotiations on the nuclear agreement.

J. Borel stressed that the EU is not yet ready to discuss new sanctions against Russia.
