Qazet.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in his speech at the Azerbaijan National Urban Development Forum held in Aghdam.

"There are huge water resources in our liberated territories, we were deprived of all these during the years of occupation. Because the Armenians occupied not only our cities, but also our resources. The Armenians blocked the rivers and we could not irrigate thousands of hectares of land: "Now we have our own rivers, our own land. "Today, the master plans of all cities have been prepared and approved," the head of state noted.
