The headquarters team of the NATO brigade will visit Lithuania

Headquarters representatives of the NATO brigade, which is planned to be deployed in Lithuania, will visit the Baltic country.

Qazet.az reports according to Minister of Defense that, Arvidas Anusauskas, said this on the broadcast of the LRT national radio.

"As of today, about 100 German troops equipped with the necessary equipment arrive at Klaipeda by ferry. Then they will go to Rukla and form the headquarters of the brigade there."

The decision to place the headquarters in Lithuania was taken at the NATO summit.
