The hydropower station of Azerbaijan is changing its organizational and legal form
"Chichekli Su Electric Station" OJSC, owned by "Azerenerji" OJSC, has changed its organizational and legal form and announced that it has become an LLC.

Qazet.az reports about this with reference to "Vergilar" newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

It should be noted that the mentioned joint stock company was established in 2002 on the basis of the SES of the same name built in 1927. Its authorized capital is 55.3 thousand manats. The station, which was completely destroyed by a flood in 1997 and became unusable, was re-commissioned in 2017 with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev.
