Qazet.az reports that psychotherapist Elmir Akbar said these words when he was a guest in the program "Toward the Exit" broadcast on AzTV.

According to him, most of the young people who died from the coronavirus in countries around the world, as well as here, died from panic attacks and excitement:

"Because during a panic attack, the stress chain is activated, shortness of breath occurs due to the effect of adrenaline. Oxygen levels drop. On the one hand, respiratory problems caused by the coronavirus were also leading to death. If people can control panic attacks and anxiety, the number of deaths will decrease. After the third wave of the virus, people are now taking a rational approach to the situation. "Hygienic norms are so useful that these rules must be strictly followed regardless of whether there is a virus or not."
