The Kremlin called the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia a provocateur, Dmitry Peskov
The press secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, called Armen Grigoryan, the secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia, a provocateur.

According to Qazet.az reports, D. Peskov commented on the views of A. Grigoryan in his statement to Armenia's "NEWS.am" website.

"This statement can be considered an untrue provocation," the Kremlin spokesman stressed.

According to D. Peskov, A. Grigoryan's views are not true: "No one from the Russian officials, by any means, said a word about this to the Armenian side."
