The magnetic storm will continue for two more days

According to the information provided to Qazet.az reports by the Department of Astrophysics of Baku State University (BSU), the solar activity has been at a high level for the last three days.

In active regions on the surface of the Sun, there have been large flares of M, which cause moderate to strong radio interruptions, and large X1 flares, which cause stronger radio interruptions. An analysis of the three coronal mass ejections that occurred on October 1 showed that the last coronal mass ejection will reach Earth earlier - during the night of October 4 - ahead of the previous two coronal mass ejections. Solar activity will be at a high level for October 3-5.
