The minimum wage in Turkey was 8500 lira
The minimum wage in Turkey has been increased to 8,500 lira (approximately 774 manats).

According to Qazet.az reports the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that the minimum wage will enter into force from 2023.

It should be noted that in the corresponding period of last year, the minimum wage in Turkey for 2022 was set at 4253 lira. Most recently, on July 1 of this year, the minimum wage in Turkey was increased to 5,500 lira.

Currently, inflation continues in all areas in Turkey. Another 35-40 percent increase in prices is predicted from January 2023.
