The Ministry of Energy and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) signed a memorandum on technical support for the development of the electric power sector.

Qazet.az reports that Minister Parviz Shahbazov said this on Twitter.

"This low-carbon and sustainable development cooperation will contribute to the development of green energy, increasing efficiency in power plants and reducing CO2," he said.
