The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan called on the international community
"As stated at the meeting of the UN Security Council, Azerbaijan is committed to regional peace, stability and development. Azerbaijan's position in this regard is clear, principled and consistent, based on international law and established international experience."

According to Qazet.az reports, this was reflected in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan regarding the discussions held in the UN Security Council regarding the situation on the Lachin road.

It was noted that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to convince Armenia to respond to Azerbaijan's proposal, to stop its political and military provocations, to give up its aggressive rhetoric and actions, to approach direct negotiations in good faith in order to find a peaceful diplomatic solution to all the issues included in the framework of interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia repeats our appeal to the public.
