Referring to the official website of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, Qazet.az reports that Luis de la Fuente was assigned this position.

The 61-year-old specialist replaced Luis Enrique, who resigned today. An official contract will be signed with him on December 12.

De la Fuente has been leading Spain's U-21 team until now.

It should be noted that Luis Enrique parted ways because Spain lost to Morocco in the 1/8 final stage of the world championship held in Qatar.
